You can grant access to the platform from another location other than your physical store by selecting the "Can access remotely" from the Employee's account configuration. This is accessible from menu on the left-hand side, under Admin, Brands, Employees (as shown below). 



The check box will be on the bottom left corner of an employee's account: 



The way this works is that you can assign a fixed IP address in your store's configuration. An employee trying to access the platform from an IP address that does not correspond to your store's IP address will be denied access. 


In order to do this, you do need to make sure that you use a fixed IP address. You normally need to pay your Internet access provider to get a fixed IP address.
