Some fabric suppliers provide us with the actual stock info on fabrics that are currently available. When it comes to checking on the quantity that is ready to use, there are a few different ways you can proceed.
1) If you need the most up-to-date stock of a specific fabric, you will find it under the "summary" tab when you create an item (see below).
2) If you want to have a quick look at a fabric stock (which may not be fully up-to-date), you can:
- Go to your main page.
- Select "Fabric" in the upper-right drop-down menu (see below).
- Type the supplier fabric # you are looking for.
- Click on the magnifying glass located on the right, or hit "Enter".
- A new page will display, in which you will be able to see the stock of this specific fabric (see below).
3) If you need to check the stock level of multiple fabrics within the same book, here is how to proceed :
- From the main page, click on the top-left menu.
- Go under "Admin".
- Select "Collections".
- From the list of collections that will show, select the one in which the fabrics you need to check have been added.
- For our example, let's use "Amadeus Action - 051".
- A new window will then open and will allow you to click on the "Fabrics" tab, in which you will find all the information regarding the fabrics included in this specific booklet (including the stock).

MTM.Design keeps an up-to-date stock info on fabrics that we keep stocked at the maker's facility. Any fabrics from external suppliers may have stock info listed on the platform, but it may not be accurate. It is recommended to check a supplier's website to see if they show active stock information.
