From time to time, mistakes with fabric, design or measurements can happen. You can follow this procedure to ensure:

  1. Warranty coverage, if applicable.
  2. Prevention of future issues.


Steps for Quality Control

  1. Email: Send an email to [email protected] or use the Support button.
  2. Subject: "Quality Control - ASRXX****** - Customer Name"
  3. Description: Clearly describe the issue.
  4. Attachments: Include pictures of the issue and the inside garment label showing the ASR code. 


Tips for Photos

  • Always take clear pictures of the garment laying flat.
  • Include overall and close-up photos of the issue.
  • Ensure the issue is visible in the photos.
  • For measurement issues, lay the garment and measuring tape flat, ensuring the entire tape is legible. One person should hold the garment/tape while another takes the photo.
  • Make sure there are NO wrinkles or bumps in the fabric. 
  • Some measurements (e.g., shoulders, sleeve length) can be taken with the garment on a hanger.
  • Take all photos before any alterations!


Important Notes

  • Submit quality control within 30 days of receiving the garment.
  • Wait for a response from MTM.Design before ordering a remake to avoid charges (if applicable). 
  • Physically maintain the garment, as more pictures may be needed or requested by the manufacturer.

Note: Responses from the supplier or maker may take a few working days.
