After you've designed an item, you are ready to place the order! This can be done before or after taking the required measurements. 






After placing the order, you will see the following screen. There are a few important things to note:


  1. The invoice number generates on the top of the screen
  2. This cart number will represent all items on this invoice
  3. If you have more than 1 brand location, you can select where the order will be sent
  4. Other actions will allow add discounts and promotions
  5. You can add a payment method here 
  6. The total cost for the order (if you have Retail Pricing implemented for your branf




Things to know: 


If you hit "Place order" prior to taking the measurements: 

  • A small, red triangle with an exclamation mark in it will appear next to an item 
  • When you click it, a box will appear explaining an error - in this case, it will state measurements are missing for the order
  • Clicking "Resolve" will take you to the measurement screen to add in the missing measurements, thus removing the red triangle from the cart page


This red warning triangle can appear in a few other instances:

  • Design conflicts (ex: monogram placement selected for pocket, but there's no pocket on shirt)
  • Measurements out of range (ex: jacket length of 27" is too short for height)


Clicking "Resolve" will take you to the issue to fix it.
