Getting started on the MTM.Design platform is easy. The very first thing you will need to do to place an order is create a customer profile. You can start by clicking "New Client" on your platform's homepage (circled in red below).
After clicking this, a small box will appear. The Studio will prompt you to fill out mandatory information for the client (highlighted in yellow below), as well as optional fields.
Viewing a Customer's Profile
After completing the mandatory fields, you can view a customer's profile, which includes:
- Measurements
- Current and past orders and carts
- Invoices
- Other information, such as fitting photos, upcoming events, and previous communications, is provided for reference.
Each profile generates a client number, useful for communication with MTM.Design. The client number is located on the profile and in the web address (highlighted in yellow below).
