This guide will explain how to input measurements using the no allowance option. This method will rely on measurements taken by hand with your own allowances added in: whatever measurements you input here will be the finished garment measurements.
When you are on a customer's measurement page (accessible from their Profile), you will see the all the available garments that can be measured with MTM.Design's platform. Start by entering the customer's height and weight into the very first field - this is mandatory! Entering this info will also populate your user profile in the right of "Pounds", showing who's responsible for the customer's first set of measurements.
After this, you will then proceed by selecting the garment that you need to input the measurements in for. We will use a Dress Shirt for this example.
There are a few key components to this screen:
- The NO ALLOWANCE tab must be selected in order to input the finished measurements.
When you click on the 0 in a measurement box, the following keypad will appear for you to enter in the numeric value to want for the measurement. You will see whole numbers and decimals in this box. To erase any number, use the <- on the bottom left.
When you are finished making adjustments to your measurements, you need to select "Bespoke" from the drop down menu beside the garment type you're working on (in this case, Dress Shirt). This is MANDATORY and the whole tab will turn green in the background when it's been updated.
** If this option isn't selected, an error will appear as the red triangle on the cart screen for the affected item, causing the item to not be sent to production!
