You have the option to add in your retail pricing into the platform, which can help with many things. This article will explain how to add in your calculated retail prices by fabric collection onto the platform!

Go to Menu→Admin→Fabrics→Collections
(NB: this page may take some time to load if you have a lot of fabric collections)

  1. Select the collections you wish to price.

  2. Click on the Export fabrics button at the bottom of the page.

  3. Open the .CSV file in Excel or Google Sheets.

    1. Do not modify the format of the file in any way, or you may experience difficulties when trying to import it back to the platform afterwards. You may delete rows of fabrics you do not wish to update, but do not move or delete any of the columns. The only cells you should edit are the ones with the retail prices for each item type.

    2. Existing retail prices will appear on the export file.

    3. The fabrics’ prices per meter, including any agreed upon supplier discounts, are displayed in column X. The currency is usually the same as the one used on your MTM.Design invoices.

  4. Input the retail prices you wish to add or edit in the platform.

  5. Save your file in .CSV format.

  6. Go to Menu→Admin→Fabrics→Import brand fabric prices

    1. Select your brand and your retail prices’ currency from the dropdown menus.

    2. Select your file using the field at the bottom.

    3. Click on the Submit button.

It will be helpful for you to take a look at the fabric price per meter, which you can see how to check here.
