For each order that you place, you will need to add customer measurements. This is accessible by clicking "Measurements" from the left-hand side of the client profile.

Inputting Measurements:

  • Always start with the customer’s height and weight (this is mandatory for orders).
  • Body Measurements are simply a reference section to put a customer's skin measurements. This section will appear with a summary when Body measurements are added. There is a Save button on this page.

  • Use the "Body Shape" section for optional adjustments that can better affect a garment’s fit.

Garment-Specific Measurements:

You will find each item listed with an expandable field. To begin, you will need to choose the measurement type:

  • Try On: For use with try-on garments (if applicable).
  • Bespoke: Skin measurements with allowances on certain body areas (allowance is added based on fit selection).
  • No Allowance: Finished garment measurements (no allowance to be added on the numbers entered).

Measurements are automatically saved as you input them, and each garment type box has the following 3 tabs: Measurements, Pattern changes, and History.

Measurement fields:

This is the area where you will enter measurements for each ordered item. Select a fit or try-on size (if you're using Bespoke or Try-ons) to start adding numbers. Depending on the measurement method, you will see different editable boxes that appear.

  • In Bespoke, Body measurements are listed for certain areas (depending on garment) and finished measurements are listed for those that won't have any additional allowance added.
  • In Try-on, you will see all Finished measurements listed with the column showing "Adjustment"; this will allow you to modify an existing measurement on the try-on garment.
  • In No Allowance, only Finished measurements appear in a column (no extra allowance will be added).

Pattern Changes:

Each garment type will offer options to adjust the garment's pattern. These are optional but can help improve the fit of your final garment. Keep in mind that these changes are applicable to every item created & placed at 1 time (changing the armhole on a jacket will affect all Jackets ordered).

History:

The measurement history is divided by garment type. You can see the Before and After for each measurement area and what user made the change with a timestamp. This can help keep track of changes and inform your team when doing fittings for clients.
