Post-Purchase – CSM Responsibilities

Once the client places their order through the Shopify Store:

A. Create Try-On Items in the Client’s MTM Account --» Create a Client Profile dedicated for try-ons.

B. Jackets

  1. Create a new jacket.

  2. Name it with the size (e.g., "1938").

  3. Use fabric DEE1000.

  4. Duplicate for each additional jacket size, updating:

    • Item name

    • Holder

  5. Lapel width adjustments by size:

    • 1938–1940 → 3.00"

    • 1942–1944 → 3.25"

    • 1946–1948 → 3.50"

    • 1950–1954 → 3.75"

  6. Update monogram with the corresponding jacket size and holder.

C. Trousers

  1. Follow the same principle as jackets.

  2. Use the model from the same reference cart.

  3. Apply monograms on both heelguards with the trouser size.

  4. Change the holder for each size.

Final Checks & Order Submission

  • Confirm:

    • Each item is named correctly.

    • The right wearer is associated with each item.

    • Monograms are applied correctly.

Once confirmed:

  1. Place the order.

  2. Email accountsreceivable@mtm.design and request that:

    • The cart not be charged to the client, as it was already paid via Shopify.

    • The production team is informed this is a Try-On Kit, so we can request a manufacturer discount.
