From time to time, you may come across mistakes made by the fabric supplier (i.e. wrong fabric) or the maker (i.e. measurement discrepancies or design errors). When such issues occur, it is very important that you follow this procedure to make sure:
- A warranty is covered if applicable;
- The issue won't occur again on a future order.
How should you run a quality control ?
- Send an email directly to [email protected] or through the Support button.
- The title of your email needs to be : "Quality control - ASRXX****** - Customer name".
- Describe the issue(s) as clearly as possible.
- Attach pictures of the issue AND the inside garment label (showing the ASR).

Regarding the pictures highlighting the issue, here's what is really important for us to be able to sort everything out for you:
- Always take clear pictures of the garment laying flat on a surface without anything interfering.
- Take an overall picture of the garment AND close-up pictures of the actual issue.
- Verify that the issue can obviously be seen on the pictures you take.
- Regarding measurement problems, make sure the garment AND the measuring tape lay flat with no wrinkling, and also that the tape is perfectly legible from one end to the other. It is highly important that a) someone holds the garment/tape (making sure the tape shows the actual measurement) and b) someone else takes the photo.
- Some measurements (especially when it comes to jackets or shirts) may be taken with the garment on a hanger (i.e. shoulders, sleeve length or back length).
- You should always take all those pictures before performing any alterations on the garments.
IMPORTANT:
- A quality control must be sent within 30 days (one month) following reception of the garment.
- You should wait for the maker's answer before placing a remake, otherwise you will get charged if they don't acknowledge their mistake.
- You should keep the problematic garment(s) with you, as the maker could ask for more pictures if needed.
NB : after running a quality control, it will take a few working days before we get an answer from the supplier or maker involved in the discussion.
