As a custom clothing consultant, you may sometimes face a situation where the fabric you want to use has been backordered. If not totally discontinued, the platform will display the approximate date on which the supplier is planning to restock the fabric you are looking for (see below).

If a fabric is waiting for restock, it is now possible to select it when designing a garment. Thanks to the new Unavailable Fabrics process, you can select this a backordered fabric and then follow the process to Wait for availability.
Please note that the date indicated by the suppliers is simply an estimation; the actual restocking date might differ from what is displayed.
When a fabric has restocked, production will start depending on the fabric you chose: right away for in-house fabrics, and upon reception for external fabrics (which can take up to 2.5 -3 weeks).
