You get the details of your international shipments (from the maker to your location) once a month via the invoice that is sent to you. Besides, you have access to all of your shipments directly from the platform.


The fastest way to access them is via your homepage (see pictures below):



Otherwise:

  • From your main page, go on the top-left three-bar menu.
  • Click on "Orders".
  • Go under "Reception".
  • Hit "Shipments".
  • A page like this one will open:




  • From this page, you will get an overview of all your international shipments.
  • You can search by specific tracking # if needed (see picture above).
  • In order to see the details of a specific shipment, you only have to click on the packing list you want (from the left of the page).
  • You will end up on a page like this one:
