If you want to cancel an order after having placed it, you will have to proceed differently depending on the situation you are in:

  • If the item has already been processed in the maker's system (an ASR # has been generated), you will need to put a cancellation request in your dashboard ("Communication Dash" tab). We will check with the maker if there is still time to cancel the order and we will let you know. For more information, you can take a look at this article.
  • If the item still shows as "Queued" (meaning an ASR # has not been created yet), you will be able to cancel it yourself. To do so, you will have to change the status to "Queued - On Hold", and then to "Canceled". Here is how to do it (see pictures below):


  • From the cart where the item has been designed, click on the three-dot button located on the far right of the page.
  • On the pop-up that appears, hit "Change Status".
  • Select "Queued - On Hold".
  • Type the reason of the status modification.
  • Press "Confirm".



  • As soon as the item is labelled as "Queued - On Hold", all you have to do is follow the same path and change the status to "Canceled" (see pictures below).
