Some stores need to request their own shipments directly from the maker. You can do this under Orders | Reception | Shipment Request.

On that page, you’ll see two lists: Items ready to be shipped and Upcoming Items.



When you click Request a shipment button at the bottom of the list, all items that are ready will be shipped within the maker’s next three working days. 


If any upcoming items become ready in the meantime, they’ll also be included.

Limitations imposed by the maker:

  • You can’t choose specific items to ship; everything that’s ready will be sent.
  • The only timeframe available is “within the maker’s next three working days.” We can't ask for a more specific date.
