Generally speaking, it is very important that you are able to keep an eye on all of your orders directly. On the Studio, we have an accessible panel labeled "Dashboard" that will act as your main Control Panel while placing & processing orders on the platform.

The fastest way to access it is through your homepage in the top left-hand corner:

A page will open that displays a handful of different Dashboards, panels & more. On the left side, a list of currently viewed customer profiles will be listed with timestamps & user (regardless of if any items have been ordered). On the right side, a few boxes with specialized Dashboards are listed by process type.

These include:

  • Orders Dashboard
  • Incomplete list
  • Shipments
  • Unavailable Fabrics
  • Remarks

Note: Depending on your brand configuration & access, you may see other icons such as "Scan", "Events", etc.

On your Orders Dashboard, you will see every order you'd placed and all relevant information. This page is crucial to check on a daily basis, especially if your volume is high. You will be able to see:

  • The product type (suit, jacket, trousers, shirt, etc).
  • The ASR of each item (when order is sent to maker).
  • The name of the client on the order.
  • A few relevant dates (order placed, end of production, departure, ETA).
  • The status of each item.
  • Any missing information or conflicts (in the red triangle).
  • Logos displaying if an order is a Remake, Rush Order, or a Backorder fabric.

You can also refine a search by hitting "Filters":

  • Searching by status, with Remarks, needing attention, by consultant (user) and more!

On the Incomplete items page, you will see all orders that have been placed & are missing mandatory info to proceed. This can significantly delay the turnaround time of an order if not addressed immediately. This includes missing measurements, design, order approval (if applicable), and special request bell checked without Remarks. Each line has the item # for you to resolve the missing information or address the problem.

The Unavailable Fabrics page will allow you to handle backordered and discontinued fabrics directly. You are able to Replace a fabric or Wait for availability on every order that has this occur. This dashboard will also suggest similar replacement fabrics, if your client is not clear on substitution. If you need to cancel an order or change any design details after a swap, you will need to write to Help for assistance. Please refer to the article here for more information regarding the Unavailable Fabrics dashboard --> How to use the B/O and Discontinued Fabrics page

Lastly, the Remarks module is where all communication happens with the maker directly. Some situations that could lead to having Remarks on an order include confirmed design requests or codes, measurement errors on an order, design conflicts, etc. This module will allow to sort by store & access previous Remarks (to refer to old codes or requests). Please see the article here for more information regarding the Remarks module --> How to use the Remarks page
