Generally speaking - especially when you sell a lot - it is very important to us that you are able to easily keep an eye on your orders. That is why we created your "Order status page"; a quick look at it two or three times a week will allow you to see what is going on... and therefore, sleep soundly!
The fastest way to access it is via your homepage (see pictures below):
Otherwise:
- From your main page, go on the top-left three-bar menu.
- Click on "Orders".
- Go under "Supplier".
- Hit "Order Status".
- Either way, a page like this one will open:
Going from left to right, you are able to see:
- If there is a comment left in the cart regarding a certain item (bubble pictogram).
- If a special request is related to a certain item (the bell button).
- The ASR of each item.
- The product type (suit, jacket, trousers, shirt etc).
- A few relevant dates (order placed, end of production, departure, ETA).
- Any deadline that you may have added after creating an item.
- The status of each item.
- You can also refine the search by (see picture above):
- Searching by status.
- Adding filters. The most useful is the "Needs attention", which allows you to display ONLY the items that are queued AND that show the exclamation mark pictogram (meaning there is a missing design and/or measurement).
- Searching by consultant.
---› To do so, all you have to do is select the relevant status/filter/consultant and click on the magnifying glass on the left of the page to refresh it.
- As previously stated, frequently taking a quick look at this page will allow you to understand what is happening with your orders, and take action when needed.
