After having walked a customer through your shopping experience, you might face a situation where you need to cancel an item that you have just ordered.


Important: as long as an ARS # has NOT been generated yet (the order still is not in the maker's system), you can:

  • Change the status of any item to "Canceled", meaning it will never be made but will stay in your client's cart. If needed, here is an article that explains how to cancel the production of an item.
  • Completely delete an item (it will be removed from the cart). To do so, you have to:
    • Go to your order status page.
    • Click on "ASRAA" next to the item you want to delete (see picture below). Note : you can also access the item page by searching directly from the main page (see picture below).


  • From the item's page, hit the order # this item is included in (see picture below).
  • Click on the garbage sign next to the item that needs to be deleted and select "OK" (see picture below).
  • This will cancel the order and will automatically change the status of this item back to "New".
  • You will then be able to remove it from the cart as a normal item you want to erase.
