When dealing with your customers, you might come across a situation where you want to use a fabric that you don't have access to yet. With the goal of making your work as easy as possible, we created a feature that allows you to generate a fabric # for your item when you can't find it in the platform (see picture below).
Before utilizing this "0-SUIT" or "0-SHIRT" process, stop and check the following details first:
1. Did you search the Fabric Catalog for this fabric? It's possible that MTM.Design offers this fabric/book/supplier, but you simply don't have access to use the book (find out how to grant yourself access to books here).
2. If you didn't find the fabric, did you submit a ticket to Customer Support asking for assistance with this fabric? The team can help locate the fabric if you weren't able to find it.
When using it, this feature will automatically generate a report. We will then create the actual fabric for you and will link it to your item so it can be processed.
Please note that this process should not add to the turn around time.
