Different User Roles and Levels of Access

As the brand owner, you have the ability to set different Access levels for employees. From the Employees menu, you can also remove access to the Studio entirely should you need it (simply check the Active box if this is necessary). See the list of user type and access abilities below.



Style Consultant 

This role gives an employee access to:

  • The full client list
  • Reports (Invoices, Backorder Fabrics)
  • Reports  (Payments, Cash, Deposits, Promotions, Discounts)
    ---> with access to the Invoicing Module
  • Orders (Order Status, Dashboard/Actions Needed Tab, Shipments & Requesting Shipments)
  • Orders (Reception Communications)
    ---> with brand access to Communications Module
  • Carts (Changing item status to Queued - On Hold or Canceled)



Brand Store Manager

This role gives an employee access to:

  • Reports (Clothes Sales, Accessory Sales, Service Sales, Admin / Referral) 
  • Reports (Websales)
    ---> with access to the Web Module
  • Client Profile Options (Give and Edit VIP discounts, Assign a client to a stylist, Disable a client)
  • Invoices (Delete an item from invoices)

---> Access also includes previous levels' abilities (Style Consultant)



Assistant Manager

This role gives an employee access to:

  • Reports (Remakes)
  • Orders (Client owing, Order approval)
  • Invoice Page (Edit payment within original month of Invoice date)
    ---> with access to the Invoicing Module

---> Access also includes previous levels' abilities (Style Consultant, Brand Store Manager)



Product Manager

This role gives an employee access to:

  • Admin (Products)
    ---> with access to the Invoicing Module
  • Admin (Services)
  • Adding an Item to Design Room

---> Access also includes previous levels' abilities (Style Consultant, Brand Store Manager, Assistant Manager)



Warehouse Manager

This role gives an employee access to:

  • Admin (Stocks of items)
  • Admin (Stocks update)

---> Access also includes previous levels' abilities (Style Consultant, Brand Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Product Manager)



Marketing 

This role gives an employee access to:

  • Admin (Communication, Communication Types)
  • Admin (Communication, Communications Media)
    ---> with access to the Communication Module

---> Access also includes previous levels' abilities (Style Consultant, Brand Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Product Manager, Warehouse Manager)



Admin

This role gives an employee access to:

  • Reports (Taxes)
  • Reports (Cost)
    ---> Only available if the brand has more than 1 store
  • Admin (Employees, Employee Access)
  • Admin (Invoicing, Taxes)
  • Admin (Invoicing, Promotions)
    ---> with access to the Invoicing Module
  • Admin (Invoicing, Discount Reasons)
    ---> with access to the Invoicing Module
  • Invoices (Delete item from invoice, Recalculate an invoice) 

---> Access also includes previous levels' abilities (Style Consultant, Brand Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Product Manager, Warehouse Manager, Marketing)



Brand Master

This role gives an employee access to:


  • Reports (Brand cost)
    ---> with access to the Invoicing Module
  • Admin (Stores)
  • Admin (Import Brand Fabric Prices)
  • Admin (Brand defaults)
  • Admin (Invoicing)
    ---> with access to the Invoicing Module
  • Admin (Communication types)
    ---> with access to the Communication Module
  • Admin (Up-charges)
  • Client profile (Invoices, Add/delete discounts/promotions)
    ---> with access to the Invoicing Module

---> Access also includes ALL levels' access (Style Consultant, Brand Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Product Manager, Warehouse Manager, Marketing, Admin)



Webmaster

This role gives an employee access to building the Website (if the brand has access to the Web Module).
