How to Send My Own Labels to the Maker (RC / Kutesmart)

If you have your own loose brand labels and want to have them used on your MTM.Design orders, you must follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Notify MTM.Design Before Shipping:

You will need inform us before shipping your labels. You must include:

• The total number of labels you are sending

• The label size(s) you want us to use for each garment type (e.g. suit, shirt, pants, etc.)
  
  

Step 2 – Ship to the Maker’s Address:

Once we receive the above info, we will confirm and provide the following shipping address:

Step 3 – Provide Tracking Number:

After the labels have been shipped, you must share the tracking number with MTM.Design.

We will then notify the maker to link the labels to the correct account internally.
